Subscriptions are tied to your email address. You will be asked to create a password, once this is complete every time you go online to purchase a ticket using your email and password, you can view how many passes you have left on your subscription and apply them to your ticket purchase.
When visiting the theatre during daytime business hours use street parking. For shows and weekend events, please use the Main Street parking lot located next to the theatre and the First Merchants Bank parking lot across the street from the theatre.
Wheelchair accessible seats are available to purchase online, or through the box office. For studio shows there is elevator access located next to the concession stand through the front entrance. Please contact with any questions regarding special accommodations, we’re happy to help!
Staff members working performances are masked at all times. Cleaning protocols were stepped up in 2020 and continue. Hand sanitizers are placed throughout the theatre and the fogger machine is used after every show. Anyone purchasing a ticket to any show accepts the risks of being exposed to other people while in the theatre; this has always been true. However, the most vulnerable in our community should also be able to access and enjoy live theatre which is why at least one performance of every production is being designated a “mask required” performance, with no concessions, to limit the potential for exposure during that performance. All other shows will continue to strongly encourage patrons to wear masks in the lobby, aisles, and restrooms, but allow the removal of those masks when seated to enjoy the show.
