The box office is located inside the main lobby of the theatre.

On Performance Weekends Box Office is open an hour before curtain.

Email the Box Office tickets@munciecivic.org with questions about tickets, gift certificates, season subscriptions, or accessibility accommodations.

Subscriptions are tied to your email address. You will be asked to create a password, once this is complete every time you go online to purchase a ticket using your email and password, you can view how many passes you have left on your subscription and apply them to your ticket purchase.

When visiting the theatre during daytime business hours use street parking. For shows and weekend events, please use the Main Street parking lot located next to the theatre and the First Merchants Bank parking lot across the street from the theatre.

Wheelchair accessible seats are available to purchase online, or through the box office. For studio shows there is elevator access located next to the concession stand through the front entrance. Please contact with any questions regarding special accommodations, we’re happy to help!

If you prefer a seat without arms to feel more comfortable, please call 765-288-PLAY to reserve your seats and let the Box Office worker know you prefer an armless chair and we will make that accommodation. 

We continue to strive to make Muncie Civic accessible for all with inclusive entertainment. We are committed to offering Sensory-Friendly Performances each season. Additionally, we have begun offering ASL interpreted and Open-Caption performances. We have recently installed a Hearing Loop system in our theatre, providing access to those with limited hearing.
