Payment & Flex Passes
Tickets can be purchased online, over the phone, or in person at the Box Office during our normal hours. Walk-in sales are available one hour before each production. Payment is required to reserve tickets for all productions, unless you have a Flex Pass. You can reserve tickets over the phone with a Flex Pass, but you must bring in your Flex Pass to exchange it for your show ticket at the performance. You may also redeem your flex passes online with your Patron ID or registered email address.
How do I use my Season Subscription when ordering tickets online?
You can redeem Season Ticket Membership benefits when purchasing tickets online. The billing information screen includes a “redeem benefits” button. After clicking this button, you will be directed to enter your patron ID and full name. Any applicable discounts will be applied to your order.

Use the street parking along Main Street during daytime business hours. For shows and weekend events, please use the Main Street parking lot located West of the Theatre and the First Merchants Bank parking lot across from the Theatre.
